One process. Clear findings. Practical next steps.
See what’s includedClose detailsBest when you know something is inefficient, but need to understand why before investing in a fix.
I walk through one agreed business process with the people who use it, review sample documents and tools, and trace the delays, duplicate work, and handoffs.
A map of the current process, a prioritized list of problems and opportunities, and written recommendations for practical next steps. We review the findings together so you can decide what to tackle first.
Review how a customer request moves from intake to assignment to completion, and identify where information gets lost or work waits for approval.
The $1,800 fixed fee covers one process with boundaries agreed in writing. This is an assessment; software configuration and implementation are scoped separately.
