What you’re purchasing

The diagnostic covers one agreed business process. It includes a current-process map, prioritized improvement opportunities, written recommendations, and a review of the findings together.

We examine the steps, people, tools, and handoffs involved, using relevant sample documents and discussions with the people doing the work. Before work begins, we agree in writing on the process scope, including its start and finish.

Software configuration, automation builds, integrations, and implementation are separate projects. You do not have to purchase further services. Particular time savings, financial savings, or business results are not guaranteed.

Price and payment

The service fee is $1,800 USD, paid once. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown in Stripe checkout before you pay.

Before work begins, we also agree in writing how the service fee is allocated to the work. This fee breakdown is used to calculate any refund for unfinished work.

Getting started and scheduling

Jason will contact you at the email address you provide at checkout within two business days of your completed purchase to arrange the diagnostic.

You and Jason confirm the scope and schedule in writing before work begins. Purchasing the diagnostic does not reserve a particular appointment or completion date.

Cancellations and refunds

• Before work begins: if you cancel, you receive a full refund.
• After work begins: unfinished work is refundable, using the fee breakdown you and Jason agreed in writing before starting.
