Workflow Diagnostic

One process.
A clearer way forward.

Find the delays, untangle the handoffs, and leave with practical recommendations.

What you leave with

  1. A clear picture of the current process

A map of the steps, people, tools, and handoffs involved in getting the work done.

  2. Priorities worth paying attention to

A ranked list of problems and improvement opportunities, including delays and duplicate work.

  3. Practical next steps

Written recommendations and a review of the findings together, so you can decide what to tackle first.

For example

A customer request arrives by email, gets copied into a spreadsheet, and waits for someone to approve it. We trace that one process from intake to completion and identify where information gets lost or work stalls.

One process. Clear boundaries.

The diagnostic covers one business process, with its start and finish agreed in writing. I’ll talk with the people doing the work and review relevant sample documents and tools.

Software configuration, automation builds, integrations, and implementation are separate projects. There is no requirement to purchase a larger engagement, and no promise of a particular amount of time or money saved.

What to bring

A general description of the process, the people involved, and a few examples of where it gets frustrating. We’ll agree which materials are useful before you share them. Keep passwords and confidential customer information out of initial messages.

What happens after you purchase

I’ll contact you within two business days to arrange the diagnostic. We’ll confirm the scope, schedule, and fee breakdown in writing before work begins.

Cancel before work begins for a full refund. After work begins, unfinished work is refundable using the fee breakdown we agreed before starting.
